When we add a new sub-processor, we send 30 days' advance notice to all active customers by email. To ensure you receive these notices, keep your account email current in settings. You can also subscribe to sub-processor change notifications directly: email subprocessors-notify@corinth.tech with your account email in the subject line.
If a new sub-processor is unacceptable to you, contact us within 30 days of the notification. Per the Data Processing Addendum, we will work in good faith to address the concern or allow you to terminate without penalty.
